Senior Manager, HR M&A

Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager for HR Mergers & Acquisitions to support deal strategy, due diligence, and integration activities. The role involves leading HR compliance analysis, managing M&A project timelines, and coordinating integration efforts across the organization from a Durham, North Carolina location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR due diligence activities and analyze target company data for HR-related financial exposures
• Build and manage detailed project plans for M&A transactions from diligence through integration phases
• Lead HR team meetings and serve as functional lead on deal diligence calls and negotiations
• Develop HR integration plans, organizational design recommendations, and compensation/benefits integration strategies
• Provide strategic HR consulting and thought leadership to drive effective people strategies for each acquisition

Requirements

• 6 years HR experience including mergers and acquisitions
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or related field
• 4 years project or program management experience
• Broad HR generalist knowledge with complete employment lifecycle understanding
• Strong project management skills managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Workday system knowledge with M&A best practices experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate across matrixed global environments
