Construction Manager (Land Development & Residential Construction)

Deluxeton Homes

The Construction Manager oversees residential construction and land development projects in the Madison/Huntsville, AL area. This role manages on-site quality control and subcontractors while also handling permitting, contracts, and project documentation. Ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in both residential construction and land development, with knowledge of local permitting processes

Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
Reporting and tracking status reports
