Licensed Practical Nurse, DVH Shift Rotational

Hours per week: 0 Salary range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience.

Overview A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required: Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Preferred: N/A
• License/Certification Minimum Required: Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines
• Preferred: Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
