Technical Project Manager

Understand unmet and customer/audience needs. Balance stakeholder requirements with customer needs. Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog of product requirements. Prioritize audiences/customers. Create, lead, and work with cross-functional teams, including service departments. Manage the entire Product Lifecycle. Manage product launch and adoption for targeted audiences. Develop core product communication, messaging, and positioning by audiences. Establish, monitor, and report product metrics. Manage inventory levels to meet supply and demand. Oversee products with some strategic influence. Manage a few products or functional areas. Manage a total budget typically in the $100,000+ range. Manage products simple in scope with no integration with other products. Make presentations and gain approvals at director-level or lower. Work with internal teams with little to no vendor management responsibility. Requirements Bachelors' degree required in business, marketing, communications, or related disciplines. 3 years of related experience with demonstrated in-depth knowledge and ability to solve complex problems. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Success advocating change with teams and customers. Consistently able to meet or exceed assigned targets/deadlines. Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy. Ability to sit for long periods of time and use computer monitors/equipment. Demonstrates expertise in managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing customer needs, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve product goals. Proficient in analyzing product metrics and advocating for change to enhance product adoption and performance.
