Azure DevOps Engineer

As a senior hands-on contributor, the full-time remote Azure DevOps Engineer will design, automate, and evolve secure, scalable Azure platform foundations and delivery pipelines, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams to implement cloud architectures and CI/CD practices. Key responsibilities Lead technical initiatives in cloud and delivery engineering, mentoring junior team members and translating business requirements into practical designs Implement Azure reference architectures and resilient data/service backends, ensuring compliance with networking and data standards Codify infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps, while managing CI/CD pipelines and optimizing cost and performance Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Azure engineering experience in multi-subscription/enterprise environments Advanced skills in Terraform, including state strategy and CI integration Expertise in Azure DevOps pipelines, particularly multi-stage YAML Proficiency in Windows Server and PowerShell automation, with working knowledge of Linux/Bash Experience designing secure architectures in compliance with standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or HITRUST
