ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I began my career with State Farm in 2015 as a sales team member and opened my agency in Freeburg in 2019. Since then, weve grown into a team of five and are continuing to expand.

I grew up in the Mascoutah School District and went on to earn my Bachelors degree from Eastern Illinois University. I take pride in serving the same community that helped shape me.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Cassie Erschen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
