About our Agency:
I began my career with State Farm in 2015 as a sales team member and opened my agency in Freeburg in 2019. Since then, weve grown into a team of five and are continuing to expand.

I grew up in the Mascoutah School District and went on to earn my Bachelors degree from Eastern Illinois University. I take pride in serving the same community that helped shape me.

Position Overview:
Cassie Erschen State Farm Insurance Agency, an innovative and dynamic force in the insurance industry, is on the lookout for passionate and ambitious individuals to join our team as an Insurance Sales Account Representative. Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
