Compensation

• Base pay starting at $15.00/hr
• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr

Job Duties

• Assist customer service department with all customer service needs including; customer inquiries, web order support and order placement, order tracking, website updates.
• Provide outstanding customer service over the telephone, email, and chat.
• Assist retail store customers with questions regarding the website and product line.
• Place website orders for customers as needed.
• Trace and track packages for lost/damaged orders
• Assist customer with returns
• Process corrections for the website
• Product support for the full website product line.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2yrs of Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong written & Verbal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook & Excel
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Use of critical thinking to solve customer issues
