We are looking for a Review Coordinator to support administrative review activities in Minnesota. This contract position is well suited for someone who can balance accuracy, service, and timely follow-through while working with healthcare-related requests and documentation. The role focuses on coordinating reviews, managing service inquiries, and ensuring work aligns with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming review and referral requests, confirm required information is complete, and route items for appropriate follow-up.

• Enter, update, and maintain case details in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

• Research service requests, prior authorization materials, and supporting records to help ensure informed review outcomes.

• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve missing information, clarify submissions, and provide attentive service.

• Monitor assigned workloads, prioritize urgent items, and support triage activities to keep reviews moving efficiently.

• Apply department guidelines, health plan requirements, and accreditation standards when handling non-clinical review processes.

• Track status changes, document actions clearly, and prepare complete records for audit readiness and reporting needs.

• Assist with workflow improvement efforts by identifying delays, supporting process optimization, and promoting consistent administrative practices.

• Previous experience in administrative support, review coordination, or service request management within the healthcare industry.
• Strong data entry and computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and internet-based tools efficiently.
• Working knowledge of referrals, prior authorizations, triage processes, and non-clinical healthcare operations.
• Ability to research information thoroughly, interpret requirements, and follow department policy with close attention to detail.
• Effective written communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle requests professionally and clearly.
• Solid time management skills and the ability to organize competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, health plan expectations, and accreditation-related standards is preferred.
