Job Summary Per Diem, Nights The Surgical Technician assists with surgical instruments in the OB/OR based on procedure performed, standards, guidelines, and policies set for the unit. He/she functions under the guidance of the Registered Nurse and surgeon. Qualifications Education: Graduate of Allied Health Program Experience: 6 months OB/OR or 1 year OR experience License: None Certification: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN) Organization Description St. Marys Medical Center (SMMC), part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 420-bed acute care hospital in West Palm Beach.
