What You'll Do

As a senior member of the engineering team, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality structural solutions while serving as a trusted technical leader.


Responsibilities include:

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
  
  
• Design and review steel, concrete, masonry, and foundation systems for industrial and building projects.
  
  
• Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards.
  
  
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, project managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support professional development within the team.
  
  
• Solve complex engineering challenges with practical, cost-effective solutions.
  
  
• Maintain a high standard of quality while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  
  

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced engineer who enjoys both the technical and leadership aspects of structural engineering.


Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Structural Engineer (SE) license required.
  
  
• Extensive experience in structural engineering, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial building projects.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
  
  
• Experience with structural design software such as RISA, STAAD, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar platforms.
  
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  
  
• A passion for mentoring others and delivering exceptional engineering solutions.
