Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist/Client Service professional, located in Scottsdale, AZ. The primary responsibilities include greeting clients, managing phone calls, handling scheduling, and other receptionist duties, and performing various clerical tasks. The role also involves providing top-notch personalized customer service and assisting clients with their inquiries and needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and proficient in Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills and ability to handle administrative tasks
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Previous industry experience in a front desk or receptionist role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
