You do not need previous trucking or dispatch experience. You may currently work in a restaurant, hotel, retail store, medical office, call center, or another fast-paced environment where customers expect outstanding service. What matters is how you work. Are you dependable? Do you stay calm when it gets busy? Do you notice problems and take care of them? Are you the person your team counts on during a rush? If so, we want to meet you. WHAT YOU WILL DO Answer calls from commercial drivers and fleet customers Gather accurate breakdown information Dispatch mobile repair technicians Keep customers updated throughout the service call Help technicians get the information and support they need Track every job from the first phone call through completion Review notes, photos, forms, and service documentation Make sure nothing gets missed or left unfinished WE CAN TEACH YOU Our dispatch software Truck and trailer terminology How to coordinate roadside repairs How to track and document service calls Our systems, processes, and customer requirements WHAT WE CANNOT TEACH Caring about the customer Personal responsibility Dependability Urgency Attention to detail The desire to do the job right The standard is high because our customers depend on us when their equipment is down and every minute matters.
