This role will support one or more programs in the DASH portfolio within the Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization. The selected candidate will join our dynamic group focused on model-based sustainment simulation capabilities to provide action insights to support faster, data-driven decisions on fleet health. This role will contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web-based applications, databases, and data processing tools on advanced aircraft programs. As a member of the DASH software team, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and users to deliver impactful solutions that improve operational efficiency and fleet sustainment. Position Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack software solutions that support model based sustainment simulationsCollaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable software systemsCoordinate complex development efforts across multiple teams and disciplines, ensuring alignment with program objectivesLead or contribute to project planning, code reviews, and agile development processesTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure reliability and performanceContinuously improving software processes, tools, and documentation to enhance team productivity and product qualityApply strong system-level thinking to integrate software components effectively within the broader operational environmentMentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
