Technical Product Support CoordinatorLocations: Wilmington, Delaware (US) or Yarmouth, Nova Scotia (CA)Hybrid Work Model (3 days onsite/2 days remote)Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm ESTAs a Technical Product Support Coordinator, you will be part of our Digital Brand Services business area and responsible for providing employee and customer support for our internal applications, services and products. The Technical Product Support Coordinator will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, and will take ownership of customer support calls, extensively troubleshooting via tickets and orders.To be selected for this role, outstanding customer service skills is required, along with a high attention to detail.
