What We Offer Registered Nurse Wound Care Location: Winston-Salem, NC Department: WHC (Wound Clinic) Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Travel to all three locations: Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and Thomasville. What You'll Do Assess, stage, and document wounds Develop and implement individualized care plans Perform wound treatments (cleansing, debridement, dressing) Monitor healing progress and adjust care as needed Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention Collaborate with providers and care teams Ensure infection control compliance Maintain accurate EMR documentation What We're Looking For Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience: 2 years, required. Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required. Wound Certification, preferred. Additional Skills (required): Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision. Additional Skills (preferred): Wound certification. Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques. Why Choose Novant Health?
