Job Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility through IMLC
• DEA registration required
• Minimum of 1 year of OB/GYN experience required
• Comfortable providing hospital-based women’s health and obstetric coverage
• Ability to complete credentialing, onboarding, and required case logs
• Must complete required EMR training prior to start
• Vaccination requirements apply, with approved exemptions permitted where applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide OB/GYN physician coverage and support patient care during scheduled call coverage
• Manage an average of 1-3 deliveries per shift
• Respond to callback needs as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to deliver high-quality maternal and women’s health services
• Document care accurately and efficiently in Cerner EMR
• Participate in credentialing, onboarding, and required training before start
• Maintain timely completion of medical records and necessary follow-up items
