Overview TikTok E-Commerce Governance and Experience, Business Analyst- USDS Base pay range: $91,200.00/yr - $160,445.00/yr Responsibilities Transform Data into Strategic Insights: Analyze large-scale customer data to uncover performance trends, user friction points, and growth opportunities across the end-to-end journey. Enable Cross-Functional Decision-Making: Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Business leaders to shape priorities and translate insights into aligned, high-impact initiatives. Accelerate Experience Innovation: Evaluate and reimagine existing governance and experience touchpoints, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and strategic enhancement. Deliver Insightful Reporting & Influence Through Storytelling: Design compelling dashboards, reports, and executive-facing presentations that clearly articulate performance narratives and unlock data-driven decisions. Partner with Stakeholders to Drive Solutions: Collaborate directly with program managers and business teams to understand their challenges, proactively identifying key trends and opportunities within complex datasets to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. Note on Workplace Model: The organization follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department; this may change as decisions about the model evolve. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Proficiency in SQL and other data processing languages 1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business operation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable digging into data and drawing insights Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly when translating complex data into clear narratives for business partners Previous experience in governance, customer experience, compliance, or risk management efforts, with a strong preference for e-commerce About USDS TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Salary & Benefits The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91,200 - $160,445 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
