Operations Support Specialist

Description Strong written and oral communication skills Enter scrap to job tickets and become fluent in MRP software timely: Monitor and manually close jobs when complete Complete rework job to replace scrapped parts if necessary Print/ sort/ batch/distribute job travelers Minor inventory adjustments: request change of part locations, and primary bins Manage add sheet and returns Follows all company safety rules as laid out in the company safety manual and all other company policies Assist in managing DMR/ NC items Coordinate with purchasing when supplies are needed Continually strive to improve in all aspects of job requirements Act as a positive role model for all co-workers Promote a productive and non-disruptive work ethic within the company Perform other duties as assigned Strong written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Keen attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Able to follow orders of supervisor Read blueprints and other documents Computer Skills including Microsoft Office products, Epicor, FileMaker MRP Experience/ability to learn MPR System Job Type Full-time Description Summary: This position will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule.
