Job Responsibilities

• Complete detailed sanding and polishing work using hand tools and equipment
• Perform leak testing, inspections, and quality checks on high-value components
• Handle small, precision parts with exceptional care and attention to detail
• Follow all production, quality, and safety standards to ensure product excellence
• Accurately document production activities and communicate process concerns

What We're Looking For

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, machining, or production environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small precision components
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around manufacturing equipment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work to tight specifications
• Reliable work history that demonstrates dependability and commitment
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience

• Brazing, soldering, or metal fabrication skills
• Quality inspection and testing experience
• Manufacturing or aerospace production background
• Sanding, polishing, or finishing experience
• Experience working with precision components

Work Environment

• Modern aerospace manufacturing facility producing advanced thermal management products
• Hands-on environment utilizing saws, bending equipment, and finishing stations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Landisville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
