Restaurant Manager

WoodfieldBoca Raton isadding to it's Food & Beveragemanagement team.We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will beresponsible forexceeding all member and guest expectations.Ourcandidate will assure the highest standards of service are metincluding dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities. and will providesupervision and training to staff. The manager will be responsible for thesupervision and training of staff, developing and implementing programs to increase sales within the restaurants and will implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained. Our ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, within a country club or hotel, with strong customer service, communication and organizational skills. Must have excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidaysand weekends.
