LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-time Evening Shift) – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center (Part time and full time) Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary? As a member of our team, you will provide compassionate, intelligent, and caring clinical care to seniors, and serve as a trusted caregiver and advocate. What we offer Competitive salary: $29.50–$37.37/hr, commensurate with experience Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off, holidays, 401k, and more Growth opportunities: Company-sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities Your Role In the heart of our mission, your duties will include: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes to the RN or physician Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided Respond to resident needs and call lights with compassion and urgency Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care Qualifications Current LPN license in good standing Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations Strong clinical and assessment skills Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently Can‑do attitude with a commitment to exceptional resident care Genuine love for seniors How to Apply Please submit your resume and complete a brief application.
