Lead and manage all plant operations, including production management, supply chain coordination, quality control, and maintenance activities.

Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments by analyzing data in Excel and leveraging supply chain analytics for strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies while maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting with strong knowledge of supply chain management and operations management.

Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and communicate effectively across departments.

Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in quality control practices to uphold high standards of product excellence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with supply chain analytics is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
