Home Time:

• Be home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes ensure steady miles while allowing you to spend quality time with family and manage personal obligations.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, as long as safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Focus primarily on dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This setup minimizes physical work, letting you concentrate on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers earn an average of $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes encompass Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan. All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.
