Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR position that guarantees weekly home time and requires minimal physical work? Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain regular time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there’s safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily handle dry van freight, with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This arrangement minimizes physical labor, enabling you to concentrate on driving and maximizing efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Expect earnings between $1,150 to $1,500 weekly, based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay in line with customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Michigan. All tolls are covered via EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits:

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional perks include $20,000 company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy becomes available after 30 days, with certain age restrictions.
