With 35 locations open and more than 50 in the pipeline worldwide, the brand is expanding its reach while remaining rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and community connection.The Facilities Manager at Five Iron will oversee space-related operations, golf operations, simulator maintenance, and brand standards at all Five Iron locations in their designated territory.Simulator OperationsOverseeing the condition of cameras, projectors, screens, and matsHelping with management of spare parts inventoryServing as the primary point of contact for staff and vendorsEnsuring team members are trained on simulator upkeepWork together with Performance Management to ensure simulators are in constant, good working conditionUtilities and Space MaintenanceCoordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and equipment issuesSource vendors for larger repair projectsEvaluate and manage relationships with current vendorsWork with location management to ensure that cleanliness and brand standards are met by: Managing portersOrganizing and facilitating deep cleaning projectsKeeping cleaning supplies stocked and organizedEnsure that the location adheres to pertinent health and safety regulationsCarpentrySheetrock/Patch & Paint/WallpaperAppliance RepairMinor electrical and plumbing repairsBasic HVAC Maintenance (i.e. filters & belts)Brand StandardsUphold brand standards at assigned locations through collaboration with location management and by conducting monthly QA checks in addition to daily checks.Required Qualifications:Great interpersonal and communication skills5+ years of handyman experienceExperience working with and troubleshooting technology (computers, PC installation, AV systems, projectors, etc) - simulator experience a plus!Strong problem-solving abilitiesPrevious supervisory experienceStrong leadership skillsAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits (*applies to full-time employees):Health, Dental, and Vision insurance*Long and Short-Term Disability*Accident and Critical Illness Insurance*401(k)*Meals while working are included for freePay: Salary $65,000 - $75,000Job Type: Exempt, Full TimeFive Iron Golf is committed to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for employees of all backgrounds.
