Financial Services Representative (Bilingual)

We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey. As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers. What you’ll do Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. Provide top‑tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. Process and prepare loan applications. Take and process payments. Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. Balance assigned cash drawer daily. Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and, if required, transport money to and from the bank. Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch. Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager. Experience and Requirements Hourly Pay: $15 – $17 Must be able to demonstrate self‑confidence and organizational skills. A history of choosing kindness, showing compassion, and helping others. The willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas. Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help. Basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for transporting bank deposits and other required job responsibilities. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching. Occasionally lifts up to 5 lbs. and may exert up to 30 lbs. of force (e.g., opening file drawers). Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication. Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration. Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends. Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature. Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically. Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
