Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on blending equipment, packaging lines, and general building systems. This role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and supports safe and efficient plant operations.Responsibilities:Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on blending equipment, packaging lines, and general building systems.Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime to support safe and efficient plant operations.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals for accurate maintenance processes.Essential Skills:Proficiency in maintenance techniques and machinery operations.Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair skills.Ability to conduct preventive maintenance effectively.2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.Why Work Here?Join a team that values innovation and efficiency, and offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive work environment.Work Environment:Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment utilizing advanced technologies and tools. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
