Litigation Paralegal

The Role Vernis & Bowling is seeking a highly organized mid-senior Litigation Paralegal to drive case management for our DeLand office. This role directly supports our insurance defense practice, requiring a self-starter who can immediately integrate into our General Liability and Construction Defect teams. Core Responsibilities Manage full-cycle civil litigation cases from inception through trial preparation. Draft, prepare, and summarize critical legal documents, court filings, and correspondence. Coordinate comprehensive preparation for mediations, depositions, and trials. Conduct detailed public records reviews and discovery analysis. Maintain accurate and consistent timekeeping. Requirements 3+ years of dedicated civil litigation experience. Substantial background in insurance defense; direct experience with General Liability or Construction Defect exposure is strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High-level written and verbal communication abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
