Location Location Omaha, NE Requisition Number Requisition Number: Staff_14825 Department Business Unit Business Unit College of Medicine Reg-Temp Reg-Temp Full-Time Regular Work Schedule Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM; with rotating weekends & holidays Remote/Telecommuting Remote/Telecommuting No remote/telecommuting opportunity Position Summary As the the first and primary contact for inbound communications, this position is responsible for providing and maintaining excellent service with customers of Regional Pathology Services ( RPS ), Nebraska Public Health Laboratory ( NPHL ), and Department of Pathology & Microbiology at UNMC by ensuring a focused program of customer service. Manages the resolution of client and specimen problems, ensuring problems are thoroughly investigated and that the appropriate follow-up occurs as prescribed by departmental policies. Monitors and assures that the service provided reflects the highest level of service with attention to quality results.
