About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Solutions Engineering to take on a pivotal role in the organization's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and scaling the global pre-sales engineering function, with a focus on setting the vision, structure, and operating cadence for a distributed team across the US and EMEA. This executive position demands a leader with a proven track record in building and scaling SE organizations, particularly in high-growth SaaS environments. The VP will be a strategic partner to the CRO and Sales Leadership, co-owning deal strategy and participating in executive-level customer conversations. A key aspect of the role is to design and deliver high-impact demos, proof-of-concept frameworks, and technical narratives that showcase the company's differentiation in the market. Applicants for the VP of Solutions Engineering role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering, with at least 6 years in progressive leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a history of winning large, complex, strategic deals and the ability to operate effectively at all levels, from live demos to C-suite strategy sessions.
