Operations Manager/DirectorA growing and team-oriented wealth management firm is seeking an Operations Manager/Director to help strengthen operational execution, workflow accountability, communication flow, and day-to-day coordination across the organization.This is a newly created role designed to support the continued growth and operational maturity of the firm. The Operations Manager/Director will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple internal teams, helping ensure initiatives, projects, client service workflows, and operational priorities stay organized, on track, and moving forward.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, accountability, consistency, and follow-through to a fast-paced and relationship-driven environment.The right person will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership while also supporting team members throughout the office.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee day-to-day operational flow across multiple internal teamsHelp ensure projects, initiatives, and client-related workflows remain on pace and properly executedSupport accountability and follow-through related to operational priorities and timelinesFacilitate communication and coordination between departments and team membersConduct regular check-ins with team members regarding workflow, challenges, and operational support needsAssist with meeting cadence, project tracking, and operational planningOversee vendor coordination and general office operational needsHelp create consistency around processes, communication, and execution standardsPartner with leadership to improve organizational efficiency and operational effectiveness over timeWhat Success Looks LikeTeams operate with improved communication and accountabilityOperational initiatives stay organized and on scheduleLeadership gains greater visibility into workflow and executionTeam members have stronger operational support and coordinationThe office environment feels more proactive, organized, and connectedIdeal BackgroundPrior experience in operations, practice management, office management, project coordination, or team leadershipExperience within wealth management, financial services, professional services, or another highly relationship-driven business environment preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable balancing multiple priorities and personalitiesNaturally proactive with strong follow-throughAble to work collaboratively in an in-office team environmentStrong problem-solving and coordination abilitiesComfortable learning the firm's culture, workflows, and operational structure before implementing process improvementsThis role is intended to be both hands-on and collaborative. The successful candidate will spend time learning the firm's people, workflows, systems, and culture while gradually helping strengthen operational consistency, accountability, and execution across the organization.Compensation will be commensurate with experience, demonstrated operational leadership capability, and ability to contribute meaningfully within the role.
