Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate and consistent data on client behavior and progress during each session
• Deliver discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and other ABA-based strategies
• Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
• Document session notes and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong data collection, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic, client-centered environment
• Must pass a background check and meet any state or company compliance requirements
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings
