Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast changing, high-growth technology environment!*(IT Project & AI Delivery Leadership)***What You’ll Do*** **Lead the IT Project Management & AI Delivery Team:** Provide strategic and people leadership for IT Project Managers delivering traditional IT initiatives, digital transformation programs, and AI‐enabled solutions. Set clear standards, priorities, and ways of working to ensure consistent, high‐impact delivery.* **Own the IT & AI Project Portfolio:** Oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of IT and AI initiatives—balancing run, build, and innovation work while ensuring projects align to business value, readiness, and capacity.* **Enable AI‐Driven Transformation:** Partner with IT, Security, Data, and Business leaders to operationalize AI initiatives—ensuring projects account for governance, model readiness, data availability, change adoption, and responsible AI practices.* **Drive Cross‐Functional Execution:** Work closely with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to align project delivery plans, resources, and timelines—removing obstacles and accelerating outcomes.* **Establish Governance, Risk & Compliance:** Ensure strong project governance across IT and AI initiatives, including adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, security controls, and business continuity expectations.* **Guide Budgeting & Resourcing Decisions:** Own project‐related budgeting and resource planning, helping business leaders make informed trade‐offs across people, funding, and timelines—particularly for emerging AI investments.* **Champion Change & Adoption:** Lead change management for IT and AI initiatives, helping teams adapt to new tools, processes, and ways of working while embedding agility, accountability, and continuous improvement.**What You Bring*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field required; MBA preferred.* **Experience:** 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing IT project teams, PMOs, or enterprise delivery organizations, with exposure to emerging technology or AI‐driven initiatives.* **Delivery & Enablement Expertise:** Demonstrated success building and scaling IT Project Management teams, implementing governance and ITSM practices, and leading complex, cross‐functional programs—ideally including digital or AI components.* **AI‐Savvy Leadership Mindset:** Comfortable translating AI strategy into executable initiatives, asking the right questions around value, risk, readiness, and adoption—even without being a hands‐on technologist.* **Executive Presence:** Strong communicator and influencer who can engage PMs, technical leaders, and executives alike—aligning stakeholders and driving outcomes without micromanagement.* **Comfort with Complexity:** Skilled at navigating fast‐changing priorities, ambiguous problem spaces, and evolving technologies—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to the project organization.**@ HYVE Solutions**, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
