We are seeking a full-time 40-hr Medical Assistant to support our Pediatrics team! The desired schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm onsite. This role is in Haverhill Monday through Thursday with the expectation to be at our Andover office on Fridays. This role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Licenses and Credentials: Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred Certified Medical Assistant - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred. Experience: Direct MA experience or medical field work 1-2 year preferred. We pride ourselves on having a close-knit, highly collaborative team.
