Embark on a rewarding contract position supporting schools as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist near Dearborn, MI. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Experience providing speech-language therapy to school-aged children, preferably across diverse grade levels
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads based on school needs and candidate strengths
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Open to both local and travel SLP professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored speech and language intervention services to students in grades K-12
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records following school guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with educators, counselors, families, and other specialists to optimize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student outcomes
• Manage a 35-hour, full-time weekly schedule (7-hour days), or part-time as available, with consistent, full-day participation preferred
• Stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements in speech-language pathology
