PTA

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Issaquah, WA is responsible for supporting physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients. The role involves assisting with treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and ensuring compliance with contract and credentialing requirements. The PTA will work primarily day shifts with a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks, providing skilled care under supervision, and collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and complete required paperwork as per ATI and employer standards.
• Comply with all contract and credentialing requirements prior to assignment start.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper use during therapy sessions.
• Adhere to facility policies, including dress code and parking protocols.

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license valid for the state of Washington.
• Experience in physical therapy assisting, less than 1 year acceptable.
• Completion of all required ATI documentation and credentialing before start.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical protocols.

• Experience working under contract or travel assignments.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
• Previous experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.

• Must not have worked with ATI in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year.
• Contract commitment required for 13 to 26 weeks.
• Equipment provided during interview process.
• On-call duties are not required.
• Completion bonuses available for contracts signed through the end of September.

• Day shift schedule.
• 40 hours per week guaranteed during holiday weeks.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x rate as applicable.
• Weekly billing cycle.
• Notice period of 30 days required.
