About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead with a focus on innovative and inclusive approaches that enhance the well-being of residents. The successful candidate will be dedicated to the mission of providing exceptional and meaningful experiences, and will be responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the community. This role involves the development and execution of quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, as well as engaging with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner. The Executive Director will also ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, and work closely with the marketing and sales team to enhance occupancy development. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare leadership role, with a preference for those with assisted living and memory care experience. RCA or HFA licensure is required at applicable locations. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and supervisory skills, as well as the ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members. Experience in budget management and a strong understanding of financial statements and reports are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to serving with love, compassion, and dignity.
