Solara Autism Services is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Seymour, Connecticut .

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services in a supportive and collaborative environment. The BCBA will oversee client programming, supervise behavior therapists, partner with families, and help children with autism develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

• Position: Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Location: Seymour, Connecticut

• Schedule: Full-time

• Setting: Center-based and in-home ABA services

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill-based evaluations

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Create and update behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs

• Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and performance feedback

• Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical review

• Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical need

• Provide parent and caregiver training

• Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members

• Complete treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, session documentation, and insurance-required reports

• Participate in team meetings, staff training, and clinical case reviews

• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies

• Promote compassionate, assent-based, and family-centered care

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field

• Connecticut behavior analyst licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder

• Experience supervising RBTs and Behavior Therapists

• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams

• Commitment to ethical, individualized, and evidence-based treatment
