SUMMARY OF POSITION

Agents will make outbound calls and deliver simple live messaging to customers regarding an upcoming VIP event. This campaign has a low skill barrier and is designed for quick onboarding and training.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

Place outbound calls using company-provided systems
Deliver event-related messaging clearly and professionally
Accurately document call outcomes
Maintain attendance and productivity expectations
Follow all company policies and procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

Excellent communication skills
Professional phone etiquette
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to follow scripts and instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required

Training

Paid training provided
Fast-paced onboarding process
No prior call center experience necessary

Schedule

Temporary assignment supporting a VIP event campaign
Campaign launch targeted for mid-June
Various shifts may be available
