Skills and attributes for success include:Discovery Program contractor staff management supportOverseeing all administrative logistical support for the contractNotifying the Government of schedule changes, work assignments and coverageDocumenting daily tasks, and work location changesEnsuring that daily time entry is recorded by all contract staffCoordinating all administrative activities associated with the arrival of new contract staff with the appropriate FBI security, IT, and other administrative unitsMentoring and assisting new team members to perform daily tasksPromptly and thoroughly addressing any performance or personnel issues that arise within the contracted staffManaging client expectations and deliverables and clearly and timely communicating with clientsInitiating process improvement initiativesFacilitating communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management across internal and external stakeholdersProviding technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise to support the full life cycle management of the resources assigned to the program and contractParticipating in teleconferences or meetings to review, educate, and support program objectivesAssisting in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasksDeveloping and tracking clerical and IT project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesAssisting with providing information sought by client that are relevant to support Change Requests and Contract ModificationsOverseeing and monitoring all scheduled system maintenances in accordance with established policies and proceduresReviewing system and application logs and related reports to verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backupsReviewing and reporting technical assessments to include required tasks, estimated time frames, and effort for any scope projectOverseeing and monitoring Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processesOverseeing and monitoring the system administration of Microsoft Exchange - 2019 and 2022Overseeing and monitoring the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server 2016/2019/2022 in a large physical and virtual infrastructureOverseeing and monitoring the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directoriesOverseeing and monitoring Discovery's IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS) and network architectureComplying with contract terms and conditions; working collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverablesEnsuring operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365-day requirements and priorities as identified by OGC LeadershipFormulating and enforcing work standards; assigning contractor schedulesPresenting and communicating instructions, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of analysis to non-technical audiencesWorking collaboratively with the COR and OGC Government Leads to define and execute all reports and other deliverablesProviding the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks, as well as the possible addition of futurePlanning, organizing, directing and supporting all activities identified in the contractEnsuring conformance with RFQ schedules and costsMonitoring employee performance and productivityDeveloping and implementing training programs and remedial actions as necessaryReviewing work discrepanciesPreparing, reviewing and submitting required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinatesBeing responsible for the overall RFQ performance and quality assuranceProviding timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, if anyEnsuring that program/project schedule, performance and deliverables are metMaintaining a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor work force to meet the Government's needs under this RFQProviding direct supervision, program control, scheduling and management of the Contractor personnel consistent with priorities and assignments by the OGC programDeveloping and implementing training programs and remedial actions as necessaryAssisting in all project management task performanceResolving problems, issues or conflicts, as requiredPrioritizing tasks and assignments to Contractor work force based on Government's direction and best practicesOur Commitment: Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
