Key Responsibilities For The Accounting Supervisor Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities for Shared Services functions. Oversee global Accounts Receivable operations, including cash application, reconciliations, bad debt reserves, and customer account management. Review and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, account analyses, and financial reporting deliverables. Manage internal control processes, SOX compliance requirements, and audit support activities. Coach, develop, and lead accounting team members while overseeing workload prioritization and performance. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on reporting, system implementations, process improvements, and special projects. Qualifications For The Accounting Supervisor Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of financial close and accounting systems. CPA preferred. Experience with SAP (S/4HANA or ECC); Oracle experience is a plus.
