Part-Time Morning Receptionist

Kent Place School is seeking a part‑time receptionist to work the hours of 7:30am-1:00pm. This position will be one of the first points of contact for school constituents, playing a key role in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with our security staff to support school safety protocols and manage various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Visitor management Managing a multi‑line phone system Monitoring security cameras Performing general administrative duties Serving as the operations dispatcher This is a 12‑month position; additional hours occasionally required. Qualifications Strong communication and technology skills required Knowledge of Google Suite preferred Three years of administrative experience required Experience in a school setting preferred Professional and positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing needs Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Kent Place School is an equal opportunity employer.
