This is a great opportunity for a Team Player with a background in construction, architectural, or engineering technology to join our Team and build your career.
Day to day you will work with a regional operations team to support project management, installation of elevators & lifts, and field operations. Your growth and professional development will be supported by our experienced team of project management professionals, engineers, field installation professionals, and support staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- General Project follow up calls with Customers
- Review Shop Drawings vs. Sales Agreements
- Work with Manufacturing Team to establish equipment specifications and product configurations
- Document interactions in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
- Work with Team to develop weekly installation schedules
- Permitting coordination with OSHA and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
- Project materials requisition and staging/preparation
- Filing of electronic documents
- Potential construction site coordination and field measurements
- Work with Field Team to resolve safety & building code issues and inspection citations
- Develop safety code and regulatory knowledge related to work content
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to use a computer and learn database software
- Clean driving record & valid Driver’s License
- Preferred Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related Discipline(s)
