Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional service to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay billing

• Oversee accounts receivable, MASS Health Applications, Resident Funds

• Communicate with residents and families regarding financial responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

• Coordinate with admissions, nursing, and corporate teams to ensure accurate payer source information

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Office Manager or similar role in a skilled nursing facility

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance

• Experience with accounts receivable and collections

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
