Location: New York, NY (On-site, Manhattan) innoscripta is expanding into the United States and our brand-new office in Manhattan (opening soon) is at the very center of that growth. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage of our U.S. growth. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional sales talent for our growing U.S. organization. This is a fully on-site position based in our Manhattan office. Remote work is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and provide market insights Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within our ATS (Clusterix) Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Contribute to the optimization, standardization, and scaling of recruiting processes Support onboarding activities for new hires Mentor and guide junior recruiting team members as the U.S. recruiting organization grows Monitor recruiting performance metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes Your efforts will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion in the U.S. What we are looking for Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience Proven track record of successfully hiring sales professionals in competitive markets Established professional network and ability to leverage industry relationships to attract talent Experience working in fast-growing, high-performance, or scale-up environments is highly preferred Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term talent pipelines and scalable recruiting processes Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Native-level or C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) is required Ability and willingness to work on-site in our Manhattan office Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. innoscripta does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Compensation Base salary from $ 90.000 Compensation listed above represents a good faith estimate for this position in New York at the time of posting and may vary based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
