Our ideal candidate not only understands the intricacies of both the pre and post sales world but is also passionate about the intersection of music, culture, online advertising and Genius robust offerings. Note: Candidates hired in Los Angeles or New York will be required to work onsite in our Beverly Hills or New York City office two to four days per week, or as needed. Candidates must be located in the Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York City areas.What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact across multiple campaigns by managing internal and external communications, deliverables, and expectations for each assigned campaign. Ensure seamless transition between sales, production, artist relations, design and other internal teams from pre to post sale phases. Advise clients and internal teams on MediaLab’s best practices and capabilities throughout the entirety of the sales process.Organize and lead all elements of the campaign launch process to ensure deliverables are met on schedule - including internal/external kick-off calls, asset collection, campaign trackers, trafficking coordination with Ad Operations, distribution discussions with paid social and custom content executionsAct as a strategic problem-solver, proactively addressing execution challenges and optimizing workflows to meet client success metricsMonitor campaign pacing to ensure full delivery of all advertiser campaignsManage and optimize digital campaigns against KPIs outlined by sales/agency including but not limited to conversions, CTR, viewability, CPCWork closely with the head of client services to help ideate and streamline new processes for executionProvide insightful reports and recap decks regarding campaign performance from a digital, video, verification, and content perspective, helping to build a case for future sales opportunities.What We’re Searching For 4+ years experience in the digital media landscape (Publisher, Media Agency or Brand Partnerships experience strongly preferred)Well versed in digital, branded content, video production, and social media activations.Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—both internally, with cross-functional teams and externally with brand/agency partners.A proactive problem-solver mindset with a passion for bringing creative brand partnerships to lifeStrong user with both Microsoft PowerPoint and KeynoteAdvertising Operations experience with Third Party Ad Serving platforms/Rich Media providers (OAS, Google Ad Manager, Atlas, PointRoll, Eyeblaster, Eyewonder, Sizmek, IAS, Double-Verify, MOAT)Order Management System experience: Boostr, Operative, Placement.io, etc.Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred.
