Senior Market Research Manager

Working remotely and onsite in Austin, TX, Sherman Oaks, CA, or Mountain View, CA, the full-time Senior Market Research Manager will conduct market research projects, manage cross-functional communication, and oversee project and vendor management to inform business strategy. Key responsibilities Define market research priorities and manage ongoing and ad hoc research studies from end to end Drive customer journey and persona research to inform marketing and product strategy while conducting competitive intelligence studies Manage relationships with external research vendors and oversee budgets and timelines for research initiatives Required qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in client-side market research, with 3-5 years in the software/technology sector Proven ability to lead large-scale research projects with minimal oversight Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, Tableau, or similar platforms Bonus for advanced degree and skills in data visualization or slide design
