Overview SkyWater is partnering with a growing utility based in the Twin Cities metro who is looking to hire a Construction Manager for their team. The Construction Manager will provide project management for new construction, repair, and upgrade projects across the distribution system, while also leading a group of trade workers. Responsibilities Provide project management for new construction, repair, and upgrade projects across the distribution system. Lead and develop a team of trade workers within the utility environment. Coordinate with stakeholders and company leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget. Qualifications Several years of experience leading a team in a utility environment (pipeline, water/sewer, electrical, etc.). Experience in project management and working in a small company environment where impact is possible.
