Program Coordinator

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Program Coordinator to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components company. This role supports the successful execution of multiple customer programs through coordination, planning, reporting, and customer communication activities within a manufacturing environment. As a W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits. Responsibilities Manage two or more programs simultaneously while supporting Program Managers on larger, business-critical initiatives. Review Statements of Work (SOWs), product specifications, proposals, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance requirements are understood and appropriately tracked. Develop compliance matrices and support contract review activities. Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Project scheduling tools to monitor program status and improve planning effectiveness. Assess material flow through manufacturing operations and identify potential constraints related to materials, staffing, production capacity, or customer requirements. Develop action plans to address identified risks and constraints and oversee implementation efforts. Provide weekly and monthly updates to management regarding program status, deliverables, milestones, and constraints. Maintain risk registers and support risk identification and mitigation activities. Coordinate and facilitate regular stand-up meetings supporting Lean Product Development (LPD) initiatives. Champion continuous improvement efforts by participating in LPD training and leading project planning and risk reduction activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing regular status updates and ensuring clear communication regarding program deliverables and expectations. Prepare written monthly reports outlining program progress, customer commitments, and deliverable status. Communicate program updates to Program Management and site leadership teams. Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of customer service-related experience; OR Associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of customer service-related experience. Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while remaining organized. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in customer-facing situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting program management activities within manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or technical environments. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Project. Exposure to contract administration, compliance matrices, or Statement of Work review. Experience participating in Lean Product Development (LPD) or continuous improvement initiatives. Previous experience providing customers with project updates, deliverable tracking, and status reporting.
